APPLICATION
FUELMAN Antistatic Oil & Gas Layflat Hose — Heavy Wall
Heavy-wall version of the antistatic TPU layflat hose, for fuel and oilfield transfer lines needing a higher burst class than the standard grade. Positively buoyant in fresh and sea water, antistatic through dual longitudinal copper wire straps, in lengths to 600 ft. Meets MIL-PRF-370J; made under ISO 9001:2015.
The supplier publishes burst pressure only, and the figures in this table are its precalculated values. Maximum working pressure is 25% of the listed burst (a 4:1 safety factor) for hazardous or flammable liquids, and 50% (2:1) for non-hazardous, non-flammable liquids. Check that the end coupling is rated for the same pressure. Recommended operating pH range is 5 to 9.
Also available: the standard range (435–655 PSI burst, 1½″–12″) and Extreme Duty (2500 PSI burst, 4″–5″).
