Antistatic Oil & Gas Layflat Hose — Extreme Duty

Extreme-duty version of the antistatic TPU layflat hose, for high-pressure fuel transfer and oilfield bypass duty. Positively buoyant in fresh and sea water, antistatic through dual longitudinal copper wire straps, in lengths to 600 ft.

The supplier publishes burst pressure only, and the figures in this table are its precalculated values. Maximum working pressure is 25% of the listed burst (a 4:1 safety factor) for hazardous or flammable liquids, and 50% (2:1) for non-hazardous, non-flammable liquids. Check that the end coupling is rated for the same pressure. Recommended operating pH range is 5 to 9.

Also available: the standard range (435–655 PSI burst, 1½″–12″) and Heavy Wall (850–900 PSI burst, 2″–6″).
